Was googling “RanmaSolo,” funny enough, because there IS apparently someone else who uses the name. Also, I always wrote “-Mike” because I’m Mike, my screen name is RanmaSolo, it’s not who I am. lol Always found it kinda awkward if I ended up talking to someone on IM or email or PM and they called me Ranma. lol

I was never angry so much as I was passionate. I really, really love VS system and I hated that it was dying and now I hate that it’s dead. I had bought 2 boxes of MUN at that time, BTW.

Turns out we were both wrong I guess though… They got the orders, they reprinted MUN and it was still game over. I never wanted to protect UDE Corporate because I liked UDE Corporate… I wanted to protect them because they paid for VS and employed VS R&D. Honestly, UDE Corporate were horrible decision makers and ruined the game.

Torch: Y’see, I get why the PO is being a bunch of dicks. They are trying to do what it takes to survive. The mail business is going the way of technology and getting away from paper. There will be no mail eventually. The problem is the union. If PO managment had it their way, they could rearranage the company as they see fit to try to make money. As much as I get what’s going on, they still entered into a contract. I still believe a man is only as good as his word and it’s disappointing that PO managment can’t honor their’s. As for the Union, well… I’m a conserative. I don’t like hanging out with a bunch of people who think they are owed something, like they have a sense of entitlement because they put on a uniform and deliver the mail. I believe that success comes from hard work and dedication, not holding an employer hostage. I think unionization takes away the drive for a worker to try and be a better employee while, at the same time, creating a power structure that seems more interested in how to spend my dues and attaining more power within then looking out for my best interests. And that includes defending scumbags that should lose their job for being stupid but don’t because there happens to be a liberal arbiter who will always side with the union.
There are so many problems within the union. And there is so much anamosity from PO management about the union that the friction that is making my life a living hell right now.

And I don’t know why you’re totally against unions. You see how you’re getting screwed by your company. I am thankful the teacher’s union is able to bargain for us as a collective. Without a union the company has much more power than any individual and will take advantage of the individual due to that imbalance. In a perfect world I might agree with you, but in our own ‘Paragon City’ I am not so inclined.
