GO AWAY!
Here we go again with building a deck for one tournament. I started out with rebuilding a fun deck, “Bat Got Your Resource Row”. The deck plays around with the World’s Finest’s Harvey Bullock, Crispus Allen, Interrogation, and others. Later, I decided I’d have a go at Superman again. Mono-Supes, no Bat-crutch. I built the deck yesterday… and hated it. Ugh. Although, I am thinking of combining the Bat/Resource concept with a couple of rarely used cards from the DSM set, Daily Planet and X-Ray Vision. It’s Tuesday.
The yard still looks like crap.
My face still has hair on it.
My clothes are starting to smell.
Yes, another long weekend is coming to a close.

WORK IS OVER FOR THREE DAYS!
I’m done with the FL humidity for a full three day weekend (Sun, Mon, Tues) and I’m looking to take it easy.
Tonight, me and the Mrs. are going to see Indiana Jones and the Retirement Home of Death. I read a review of this movie in TIME magazine. It took me a moment to get over the Harvard words and metaphors, and I still don’t know if he liked the movie or not. I’ve been looking forward to seeing this movie for a while, but I’m not ga-ga goo-goo over it. Read the rest of this entry »

Wow, that sucked.
Even though our players had WEEKS to get ready, only 3 of us showed with big decks. The guy who wanted us to run the with the idea didn’t even build one! UGGH! In addition to my “Beyond Gotham Knights”, we had your typical Arkham/Revenge/Injustice/Secret Society and an Arkham/Thunderbolts/Injustice/Something that I just can’t remember.
